How do I add a user to my account?


Will I be charged extra for additional users?

No. We do not charge per user and will add as many users to your account as needed. 

How do I add a user to my account?

Please email with the new users first and last name as well as their email address. 

IMPORTANT: For security reasons, we require the account owner or verified CEO to approve all user management requests. If the requester is not the account holder, we will send an email to the account owner or CEO for approval. Once we hear back from the Account Owner, it will only take us a few minutes to add the new user. 

How will the new user be notified?

The new user will receive and email instructing them to create their password. This email will be sent to the email given to our support team.
