- You will first log into Mobius and navigate to "Set Up QuickBooks Online"
- Then you will want to click on "Connect to QuickBooks". A pop-up will happen and it will have you sign into your QuickBooks Online account. Be sure to use a full admin account to log into QuickBooks online or the integration will not work properly.
How to add a second QuickBooks Online connection.
If you have Mobius Standard you have the ability to add multiple QuickBooks Online connections. The following steps can walk you through how to add another QuickBooks Online connection.
1. You will first log into Mobius and navigate to "Set Up QuickBooks Online". Under that, you will see your current QuickBooks Online connection, and the option to "Add New Company". This option will allow you to add a second QuickBooks Online connection.
2. Then you will want to click on "Connect to QuickBooks". A pop-up will happen and it will have you sign into your QuickBooks Online account. Be sure to use a full admin account to log into QuickBooks online or the integration will not work properly.
