It is important to note a few rules while creating and using tickets with Tixt:
Tixt will attempt to map to a company and contact using the incoming SMS from number (i.e. your customer’s contact number). If no matching company or contact is found, Tixt will fall back to creating a contact against the Sync Configuration Catch All Company.
All newly created SMS Tickets will be created on the Sync Configuration Service Board. You can safely move the SMS Ticket to another service or project board if necessary, and the conversation will still be appended to the existing ticket notes.
Tixt will support external messages, like email, but the content will be truncated to one single message with ellipses.
