Quantity on hand is not enabled

Summary

If you want to track inventory within QuickBooks Online, you will need to enable "Track Quantity on Hand"

Instructions

In QuickBooks Online, 

1. Navigate to Accounts Settings > Sales > Products and Services

2. Turn on "Track inventory quantity on hand"

Note: Track Quantity and Price/Rate will also be enabled.
