Summary
If you want to track inventory within QuickBooks Online, you will need to enable "Track Quantity on Hand"
Instructions
In QuickBooks Online,
- Navigate to Accounts Settings > Sales > Products and Services
Turn on "Track inventory quantity on hand"
Note: Track Quantity and Price/Rate will also be enabled.
