Sync Configuration

Once the ConnectWise PSA Configuration has been established and validated, you will be prompted to setup the Sync Configuration. The Sync Configuration is used to establish default mapping values as well as an email address to which any errors will be sent. After the initial onboarding, your Sync configuration can be edited from the side navigation under Configurations > Sync Configuration.

  1. Service Board – The ConnectWise PSA Service Board where all new SMS Tickets will be created.

  2. Catch All Company – A Catch-All Company used on new SMS Tickets when a Company/Contact record cannot be found for the incoming SMS from number.

  3. Error Email – An email address where unexpected errors will be sent for your review. 

  4. Default Source (optional) – The default source used in ConnectWise PSA when creating a SMS Ticket.

  5. Default Priority (optional) – The default priority used in ConnectWise PSA when creating a SMS Ticket.

  6. Default Type (optional) – The default type used in ConnectWise PSA when creating a SMS Ticket.

  7. Default Subtype (optional) – The default subtype used in ConnectWise PSA when creating a SMS Ticket.

  8. Default Item (optional) – The default item used in ConnectWise PSA when creating a SMS Ticket.

  9. Default Status (optional) – The default status used in ConnectWise PSA when creating a SMS Ticket.

  10. Reopen Closed Tickets? (optional) – The ticket will reopen to the default status for the board on which it currently resides.
