Auto-Sync next billing date incorrect

Issue: Auto-Sync next billing date in incorrect (showing the date way in the past)


Steps to resolve:

1. Next billing date is pulled from the agreement. If you haven't invoiced for that agreement the next invoice date will not change. Double-check the last time when you generated the invoice for that agreement. If it doesn't match the Auto-Sync next billing date proceed to step 2.


2. Check the "Next invoice date" on the agreement in ConnectWise. The integration uses this value to determine the sync date. If it doesn't match the Auto-Sync next billing date proceed to step 3.


3. Check if it's a child agreement of another parent agreement. Child agreements are currently not supported and it will be suggested to Webroot as a feature for consideration.
