Our Webroot integration updates server/workstation endpoint site counts from Webroot's management console into ConnectWise PSA billing agreements. This automates billing changes for our partners based on device additions and removals.
The Integration provides a user interface to map GSM data to ConnectWise PSA agreements as product additions.
The integration allows the configuration of one Webroot/ConnectWIse PSA connection.
When a new site/agreement mapping is created in the integration, it does not have an agreement addition ID mapping.
When the first sync is run, if a site/agreement does not have an agreement addition ID mapping, a new agreement addition will be created. Subsequent syncs will update the site-agreement mapping's agreement addition.
The following features are available:
- Ability to sync individual agreements, instead of always having to Sync All.
- Addition of the auto-sync feature. When an agreement is set to auto-sync then it will be synced the day before its “next bill date” in ConnectWise PSA
