Webroot integration creates a new billing line with total licenses

Issue

The webroot integration created a new agreement line

Cause

The Webroot integration will always create a new agreement line in the following scenarios.

1. Agreement additions were deleted in Connectwise and/OR
2. Site or agreement mappings were deleted in the integration. 

Please note: We do not map to existing Webroot line items and will always create a new agreement line in the above scenarios. We will map to agreement lines created by the integration. 

Additional Information

1. When a new site or agreement mapping is created in the integration, it does not have an addition ID mapping. When the first sync is run, if a site or agreement does not have an addition ID mapping, a new addition will be created.
2. If the site or agreement mapping is deleted and recreated, it will not have an addition ID mapping and a new addition will be created.
3. If a site or agreement has an addition ID mapping, but the addition in ConnectWise has been deleted, then the integration will create a new addition and update the site or agreement addition ID mapping.
4. The integration can not map to existing agreement additions. It is meant to create the addition and hold the mapping to it.
