Configuration of QuickBooks Online Login
Note: If you already have a full admin account in your QuickBooks Online Company then you can jump to step 3.
Important Note: If you are changing to a new QBO Company know that you will need to delete the old QBO Configuration and then sign into the new QBO Company. Doing this will remove all QBO Setup. You will need to return to the article QuickBooks Online Setup Options

In order to allow the integration to successfully access QuickBooks Online, you will need to configure User Permissions within QuickBooks Online for the integration user account. The user needs to be an admin for this connection.
Step 1 Add Company Admin
Under User Type, select “Company Admin”.
Step 2 Add Company Admin Cont.
On the next page enter the first name, last name and email address of the user you wish to create. (See image for example)
Step 3 Log into Quickbooks in Mobius
Use this login to establish your connect to Quickbooks Online in Mobius. You first log into Mobius and navigate to "Set Up QuickBooks Online"
Step 4 Log into Quickbooks in Mobius Cont.
You then click "Connect to Quickbooks". A pop up will happen and it will have you sign into your QBO account. Be sure to use a full admin account to log into Quickbooks online or our integration will not work properly.
