This is an issue with the SDO 3rd Party Key activation, which is halting access to the data file. The SDO Third Party key needs to be installed per member per workstation.
Go to Tools > Activation > Enable 3rd Party Integration
Fill in the key
This should enable Mobius as a Third Party to access to your Sage data file. To verify the activation, once you update the key, you can go back to Help > About and SDO should now have been switched to “YES.”
